Looking for high elo players to PUG with, in order to observe and improve.

I think that I suck, or at least that I have a ton to work on. In season 6 I peaked at Plat 3, ended Plat 5 because I got stuck and couldn't climb... Looking for Diamond or higher players to play a few games with me, expecting to lose; yet still able to keep composure and play at peak performance. I want to learn why I'm not as good as a high diamond/master/challenger player.

I've watched videos on this but I feel that I'm doing exactly what these videos "teach"... Maybe I'm missing something? Please help!
