vVsNA - Looking for Dedicated ADC (5 Nights a Week Practice)

Victory Via Surrender is in need of a competent, mechanically strong AD carry. We are generally looking for an ADC who can position well with the ability to rotate reasonably well with a support, ability to kite is highly preferred. We expect you to have knowledge for most ADC champions and the ability to play them to a decent caliber. Previous team experience is a big plus! As well, we expect you to be able to handle constructive and occasionally on the fly criticism. Meaning, if we see you consistently making the same mistake, where we'd generally wait until post-game to discuss, we will (in order to win) try to correct it civily. We practice from 11:00 PM EST until usually ~3:00-4:00AM EST. Teamspeak and a microphone are required.

If you are interested, please follow the format below or add me in-game!

Top 3 ADCs: Rate your mechanics on a scale of 1-10: Strengths: Weaknesses: Teamspeak/Microphone?: Able to make our practices consistently?:

There will be a small follow-up interview prior to your actual in-game tryout. Can't wait to see you on the rift!
