Hey everyone,

I am creating a ranked team and looking to fill out the roster with a group of like minded people all motivated to improve. I find the structured and serious ranked 5's play to be one of the most satisfying ways to play league. I would like to pull together a team that enjoys the challenge that comes with improving at league, and that can maintain a positive atmosphere while we play. Practice will be a combination of a few things. Playing games, reviewing replays, and theory crafting as a team.

Tentative practice times are Sunday - Thursday 6pm EST - 11pm EST. Friday and Saturday will be off days, with practice occurring if all team members are available.

Communication will be done with Teamspeak 3 or Curse Voice.

Here's what I am looking for in my ideal player:

  • Able to play daily
  • Constantly looking to improve
  • Accepts and understands that criticism is not meant to insult, but help you
  • Has prior experience with ranked 5's
  • 18+ No exceptions
  • Able to keep light atmosphere in and out of game, losses will happen, they are a learning experience
  • Main the role you are applying for, or have mained the role in the past
  • Looking for a long term team

I have a few goals for the team.

  1. Establish a stable roster that will reliably make practice
  2. Start climbing the ranked ladder and establish team synergy
  3. Enter and participate in online tournaments.

IGN:Gate Reaper Age:24 Occupation:Nothing at the moment, looking for a new job. Role:Supp Top 3 champions:Lulu, Karma, Leona Strengths:Duelist and great understanding of mechanics. Weaknesses: Tunnel vision sometime. Do you have any prior ranked 5's experience? Very little Would you have any issues with the schedule? None at the moment and the job im currently going for would only present a problem with over time.

Silver this season for solo q and working my way up again. I have a plat team for 3s. I personally hate solo q because there's no communication. Would you have any issues with the schedule? Nope

Strengths. Many years of game time and i used to coach analyze a Plt/Dia team for around 6 months. Also have been a paid e-sports castor for LoL via CGT and Konva. Weakness- I struggle to play with people whos playstyles i dont yet understand. also i cant type correctly to save my life Prior EXP- Loads from coaching to playing 5v5 and 3v3 Schedule- Rarely I might be asked to work overtime.

Looking for a team that actually plays too. I find often people post on here wanting to play with friend but then one leaves and the whole thing falls apart. If you guys are serious, so am I and willing to teach/learn.

Role: Any. Most Effective positions in order Mid/Top/Adc/Sup/Jungle

do you want to be starter or sub: Depends on our team roster, I'd prefer to start (play) but open to sub for the right crew

best champ: This changes with the active meta. I was a beta player that mained Middlesticks (once ap's replaced adc mid). This season because of the current meta, I main Malz mid, Sion Top, Kog/Jinx adc, Braum/Janna Sup, if forced to jungle I fall back safely on Fiddle/Sion

weaknesses: Mid - following lane (improving) ; Top - Utilizing teleport to its fullest potential, placing the 2:45 ward; Adc - perfect cs score (who isn't struggling with this), tunnel vision on cs sometimes not hearing pings (solved when in skype/ts with friends that can tell me verbally) Support - keeping up with ward timers, counter warding, being over aggressive with passive adc's Jungle - (long list so I'll just say what I'm working on) general jungle knowledge, effective counter jungling, sustainability early game (proper rune/mastery setup easily solved with guides)

strengths:

Mid - Powerful trading ability, large champion pool, regular first bloods, effective itemization and item knowledge Top - Large champion pool/knowledge, champions I'm comfortable with fit season 5's Meta, appropriate lane momentum technique for acquiring dragons early Adc - Hyper carry pool, positioning (in lane trading/team fights), winning trades in lane, champion prioritization, item adaptability Support - kill donation (I always try and make sure my carry gets the kill), item adaptability, early sight stone, I BUILD FOR MY ROLE (in solo que it's too often a support will build not in accordance with their role), lane momentum knowledge Jungle - willingness to gank/learn, mid-game cs upkeep, smite effectiveness

why do you want on the team: I'm capable of contributing to a serious team that's willing to learn and grow.

what are your goals with league: To place in a 5's competition tounry

when are you available: As an adult (28) that works in law enforcement I have a flexible schedule. I don't have a "bed time" though, lol. My social life is limited to a night out here and there, but I'm always studying/reading up on guides/mechanics at work (tax dollar hard at work). All that been said, I can adjust my time around practice if we get to a point that our team has a schedule we abide by.

how many hours a week do you play: Too many. 35+

do you have ranked 5 exp: Very limited, non-serious teams... maybe 20 ranked 5's team games total.

IGN: KingsEntourage Age: 23 Occupation: Student / Graphic Design Role: Bot lane. Can play support, havn't mained support this season but can easily switch back. Top 3 champions: As support I can play about any suport. A little rusty but within a few games i would be back to normals Strengths: Know how to play bot lane very well. Tons of experience in ranked 5's setting. Weaknesses: would be switching back to support so i would have to get used to it again. Do you have any prior ranked 5's experience? Tons. Playing and coaching and managing. Would you have any issues with the schedule? I am open most days at most times so i do'nt think the schedule would be a problem.

IGN: Gunterhaben Age: 24 Occupation: Student/Psychology Role: ADC or TOP Top 3 champions: Jinx, Cait, Trist for ADC and Darius, Malphite, Cho for TOP Strengths: I can usually get fed early as ADC and carry fairly well. As Top I always keep pressure on my lane and hard push towers if my laner isn't there. Weaknesses: Sometimes I don't pay attention to river ganks from enemy team. I tend to have trouble in team fights when my team is behind even if I am fed. Do you have any prior ranked 5's experience? Yes - Gold/Plat ranked teams season 2 and 3. Would you have any issues with the schedule? No, but if I do have something I need to do during the scheduled time I will always notify at least 24 hours in advance, if not further in advance.
