doing placements on my smurf

previously (d5) adc smurf here. doing placements on my smurf. will likely play jinx/tristana/corki exclusively, but mostly jinx. (not enough ip for vayne ;-;)

add prieria - if you're also about to do your placements on your smurf, don't main ADC, and want to stomp to go 10 - 0
