New Player Lvl 16 Looking for help/team

I'm new to the game and know I'm not the best player but am willing to learn. I have only 12 champs unlocked and am trying to find what position fits me as a player. Live in the Midwest and work most of the day m-f so am only on after 7pm est and off and on during the weekends. If your willing to give some pointers and help out a new player hit me up in game.
