D4 ADC LF Diamond+ 5v5 Ranked Team (Serious)

I am looking for a team that wants to climb the ranks and aim for Master+ next season as a team. I would like to work with people who want to win, can focus, but also have fun while doing that. I would like to do some tournaments once in a while but would rather focus on the team getting better and us aiming for master/challenger in the long run. I am pretty active as well (also read the experience/strengths for more info). I would like for everyone to be at least diamond so we can establish a better baseline on player skill.

Role: ADC

Timezone: EST (evening & late night)

Experience/Strengths: Played on multiple high level teams during Season 3 (teams with diamond 1+ players), I can shot call (or be a second voice) mid and late game especially concerning objectives and strategy, very proactive, good KDA, used to working on comps, strong motivation to self improve, watches replays with support and others (especially plays at 0.25x speed) to constantly get better and see what to work on, I can practice with others outside of the dedicated team practice, open-minded, can comeback from being behind, communicates well, consistent play, can play passive & aggressive.

Champ pool: jinx, ashe, caitlyn, corki, draven, ezreal, graves, jinx, kogmaw, lucian, miss fortune, sivir, tristana, twitch, varus. Still practicing vayne, and hoping to start and improve on kalista/kindred by next season.
