Need players for serious team

Sol Mortem Gaming is a new organization in North America that would like to grow and expand. We're looking for dedicated and long term players.
There will be 2 teams: Gold 5-Plat 4 and plat 3+
We plan on practicing together and entering tournaments and leagues.
As of now I would only like applications from players over the age of 18.
My role will serve as coach, owner, and organizer; therefore, creating practice schedules, determining rosters, and paying any fees to apply to tournaments or leagues will be my responsibility.
There will be a slot where you can copy and paste your answers on the team in the "contact owner" webpage.
