D4 ADC Looking for semi/somewhat serious 5s team

Hey guys I'm currently looking for a semi serious ranked 5s team. By that I mean I'm not trying to get lcs but I don't want to be playing on a team where ones of the players is a "friend" who is silver IV but is "actually way better than that he's just stuck at that elo". I'm just looking for a team of diamond+ players (possibly some high plat if they are good at a role) to play ranked 5s with who all want to win and rank up and maybe play in some go4lol tournaments or other ones. Don't want a team who has like mandatory 4 hours practice every night with mandatory coaching/analyst meetings and stuff. The way I see it is if anyone is actually serious enough to try to make LCS they are going to have to at least hit master no exceptions.

So, as I said I main adc. Main champs are vayne, lucian, gravse, secondary champs: corki, ez, cait, jinx. Just looking for a group of high elo players who want to play 5s together, play some tournaments maybe, and practice a bit. Just don't want a team with huge committments like mandatory hours of practice every day plus scrims and team strategy discussion stuff. Thanks add me in game.
