Looking for a competitive team to join

I'm looking for a good ranked team to join. I'm currently silver 5. Ik for a fact I play at silver 3 and above level. Just get bad teams. Main lanes are top and mid. I top garen and chogath since new update. I main Ziggs and veigar mid. I main jhin or mf adc. I can play any lane if need be. Those are my strongest lanes. I own all champs. Available times to play are after 8:30pm eastern time after work Monday through Friday. And anytime on weekends.
