Making a team (semi-serious)

I am currently in the process of trying to make a semi-serious team and by semi-serious team I mean I will have scheduled practices, tryouts, and discussions on how we can improve. That being said this team will be for like minded individuals to just learn and get better at the game, So any rank is welcomed but attitudes, behaviour and skill will all factor in.

Requirements are as followed:

No raging (This means going off on a teammate, afking, trolling etc...) Be able to listen to instruction Be okay with the schedule times (once team is formed we can decide on times but usually it'll be on nights after 9:30ct) Have a working mic to communicate Any Elo, is welcomed as long as you're okay with learning with the team (since we are learning it will most likely be bronze to low gold, higher ranks are welcome just know, its more of a learning team than anything.)

I will play Jungle . (I'm also considering subs that way if someone can't make it :D someone can sub in for the night)

Subs will pref be able to play multiple positions

Info about me

Rank: unranked (probably hovering bronze-silver. Role: Jungle Top 3 champs: Lee, Nautilus, gragas Top 3 strength: Objective control (dragon and the such), will communicate ganks, Will build for team 3 weaknesses: Sometimes I tunnel vision, last hitting under tower, will get caught out sometimes when deep warding

The team will be formed once I feel like I got a solid group of people, who are willing to stick to the team and improve. So don't expect to be automatically in, I will message you asap and tell you when you can tryout if there are multiple people for your role.
