Can't duo with you cuz I dont have an account in silver, but heres some advice from a jungle main:
Try to work on counterjungling and counterganking. My style of jungling in soloqueue involves keeping the other jungler down so he can't destroy your team. If you dominate the other jungler, it will let you win 2v2s and snowball your team.
If you get fed by yourself but the other jungler is still doing well you can't carry.
