Support / Top player LF Team

So have finally decided i want to give this a real go for ranked play, I have never been in a ranked team and am over the solo ques as there is no cohesive team feel when you play and that is what i am looking for now, a team to develop and grow together and progress up the ranks. I prefer support or Top lane play, i consider myself of average skill but i think my main strength is the ability to learn and improve and listen to others who know better. IF there are any teams out there willing to invest in the time with me i think they will find a good addition to there team.
