Silver 3 willing to help bronze players rank up

First off, yes this is free. Ok so ive been in bronze several times over the past seasons and understand the struggle it is to climb out of. Finding a good group of players is very difficult as about 2/3rds in bronze either have connection problems, tilt way to easily, or troll, so im willing to help any dedicated player that genuinely wishes to rank up out of bronze. All I ask is that you have at least a 50% win ratio, are willing to listen to calls, and have some basic understanding of when to push lanes, when to roam, and when to group. So there isn't any overlap in rolls please fill out the application below. Also DO NOT ADD ME IN GAME I don't like to be spammed with invites so simply fill out the app and I will add you.

IGN: NaturallyTan RANK: B4 ROLE: Support SECONDARY ROLL: Mid MAIN CHAMPS: Braum, Janna, Ali, Raka, Blitz (in that order) Mid: Anivia, Viktor, Fizz, LB, Veigar STRENGHTS: Strong Laning, Excellent Warding, Impeccable teamfight shotcalling (when grouped in voice chats; i have solid awareness of where the enemy team "should be" and even better threat assessment) WEAKNESSES: Sometimes over aggressive (sorrynotsorry that my team doesn't follow my 5v3 advantageous engages) WHAT MAKES YOU TILT: Being support in bronze T-T it's like an abusive relationship. 1/3 of the time it's like "OMG YOU'RE A GOD LETS Q!!" and the other is "I'm 40 cs behind and went in on the duo while my support was out of mana wth why didnt you follow?" WHY YOU THINK YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN BRONZE: I was silver last season and feel my knowledge of the game and mechanics could land me low gold minimum. (I might be stretching it a tad with that but a guy can dream)

IGN: Elerax RANK: Bronze III ROLE: Jungle/ADC SECONDARY ROLL: Mid MAIN CHAMPS: Lee Sin, Vayne, Lucian, Ezreal, Orianna, Zed, LeBlanc STRENGHTS: I watch most of my replays, watch streamers, watch youtube videos, read statistics about the top and bottom tier champions in each role. Read all the guides I can, and get different perspectives of people's opinions about different topics throughout league. WEAKNESSES: It's hard for me to play simple mechanics. I don't know why, but I've played so much Lee, Vayne and Zed that I always push simple champions past the mechanics that can be used. I have to play some simple champions few games in a row to get used to it again. WHAT MAKES YOU TILT: I tilt when an enemy calls me bad for messing up a play on a mechanically intense champion while playing Garen or something. I don't get verbal with my tilt, I just mute them, but that only makes me want to try again to insec them or flash-condemn them even more. WHY YOU THINK YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN BRONZE: I placed Silver IV in Season 5, and was okay towards the end of the season. I was climbing and doing okay, but then I didn't do so good in placements, placed in Bronze IV Season 6, and just can't deal with the people dude. I can 1v1 my IRL friend that's in Master Tier, with multiple smurfs, and do way better than a Bronze III should do. I have the mechanics, and I'm picking up on so much game knowledge in the past few months, that I know if I got someone to Queue with, I can get to Gold V before Season 6 ends.

WEAKNESSES: Roaming to ward and end up getting caught out sometimes ): &Despite having a somewhat decent size champion pool, Im only comfortable playing the ones listed above. WHAT MAKES YOU TILT: When a teammate gives first blood. &When teammates dont follow up on an engage. WHY YOU THINK YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN BRONZE: My knowledge of game mechanics.

Edit; Im not looking to be babied out of bronze but just looking for overall decent and friendly people to play with.
