Looking for a team to climb Bronze I to Gold+

Hello, i'm DragonSlayerSolm. I recently started playing LoL early year but I wasn't exactly into it because I didn't understand it. And got involved with FPS games and joined a clan called TooL who was primarily a Black Light Retribution and other FPS video game clan. They had a section specifically for League of Legends so I decided to pick it up again. After playing with a few members on TooL and grinding to level 30 I decided to main the roles of Support and Jungle. TooL decided to be primarily FPS and League wasn't support as much so they decided to drop it and focus on Overwatch, COD, BLR, Halo5 and the rest of the dominate FPS games. Decided to go play ranked since I consistently did good as a support and jungling earning a lot of A's B's and S's on my champions and when my team loses I felt I was thrown into a bad ranking of Bronze. I felt that I'm good enough to be in at least Silver III. So I climb the ladders of Bronze 5 to Bronze I and now i'm looking for a team to climb through the ranks of Silver to Plat.
