Unranked, coachable player looking for a serious team.

I just started really getting into playing League and I'm getting a lot better as time goes on and I would like to join a serious team because I keep getting matched up with either a troll team or an unskilled team. I really want to take my abilities to the next level. I have added a couple screen shots showing a few adc matches and a couple top and jungler matches. https://gyazo.com/88b0be7b785087849e28df443d190082 https://gyazo.com/8296b946e27c028428312fdfeca979c0
