Looking to start a team!

Hey guys! been looking for a team for awhile but as that did not pan out, i'm going to start my own!

A little about myself: I've played on two team over in EUW where i mained ADC then top lane. the team made it to Plat 5 before i moved away, in SoloQ i was ranked P2 before i transferred to NA where i have regained P5. IRL i am a firefighter with about 5 years experience, which leaves my schedule pretty open. Along with some decent management skills.

Requirements: Must be out of high school Must be okay with taking criticism as well as okay with giving it Must be gold 2 or higher rank Must have working mic with preferably curse.
