LF Team Coach and Analyst (Plat team)

So my team has been practicing daily and doing scrims. Me as a manger has determined that my team should focus more on playing instead of trying to figure out what what mistakes were made and trying to improve on them the next game, while also trying to learn things as they go. I want them to take their minds off that and just play. I am in search of a coach and analyst that will be there every game to help the team where ever necessary. I have had coaches and analysts in the past and they show up for a few practice games then stop showing up so I want them to show up every practice/scrim time. Currently it would be for free but once we get sponsored we can then talk about getting you paid for your efforts. Now I know this is a long shot but you never know.

My team has great potential just need more guidance. They realize whats wrong and fix them after each game. They have set a time whether before or after practice to what I like to call "Knowledge time" where they go over certain things and setting/practice comps and just over-all knowledge of the game, which is great but them as a team shouldn't be focusing on things like that. That should be a coach. Then they go over replays as a team to analyze the game for that night. I feel they are taking too much time going over things like this instead of playing. So a analyst would be amazing to go over things from past games so they can get back to practicing.

Please before you add me be at least Diamond 2+ last season and have plenty of game knowledge for micro and macro managing.

If you feel you can help out or at least sit in on a practice night or 2 to determine if you would like to help let me know and we can talk about how you want to go about it.

Again I am the manager not a player.

Thanks for taking the time to read over this and I hope to hear from you soon. Add me In-game if you are interested.

If you have the knowledge then add me and we can set up a tryout. Rank doesn't really matter as long as the game knowledge is there.

There is a reason I am an EX CHALLENGER COACH. I retired. I did not succeed past NACS quals quarterfinals, so in my 2+ years of coaching I retired to focus on school.

I'd suggest lowering your solo queue expectation, or else you're not going to get anyone.

Is Bill Bellicheck a better player than everyone on the New England Patriots?

Hell some of the LCS coaches are Gold...

Spend some time with different applicants and see if they understand the game and if you share similar viewpoints on how to build the team. Then tell your players not to focus on the coaches ELO, and moreso focus on the improvements he/she is telling them to make.

It doesn't take an individually skilled person to understand the macro strategies of this game. Nor does it take a mechanical god to understand where wards are placed and why they're placed there.

Sorry for the rant. I just see these posts all the time and so many people don't understand what makes a good coach.

I do understand what you are saying and one of our coach's are gold. I do not require you to be that rank it would just be nice :). I mean I am the owner of all 3 teams and im currently bronze 3. My teams understand that i am not a player of the teams and just going to handle things for them. I have plenty of people of lower ELO add me and I do try them out as well (multiple games per applicant).
