Looking for a Friend

First, I want to mention I speak, as it's been described to me, very matter-of-fact. I find people misinterpret the meaning of things I say because of it. I am honestly just looking for a friend, and I'll tell you a bit about what I'm looking for and who I am.

I am not looking for someone to play a game with, lose, they silently blame me and unfriend me. I am not looking for someone who is going to take my words, paint their meaning on them, not have a discussion and unfriend me. I want someone that is willing to actually talk things out and is interesting in learning.

I'm a disagreeable person by temperament. If we don't see eye-to-eye on something, we will disagree, and I will explain why I believe what I believe. I may believe something strongly, so if that sounds like conflict and you want nothing to do with it, that's fine, but I am more concerned with the truth than being right. I want someone who is willing to learn with me and is willing to disagree to do it.

I'd like to be able to discuss religion, politics, and all sorts of controversial topics. Open dialogue is best.

I'd like someone who is not very anxious.

What you can expect from me is someone who will challenge you. I enjoy telling stories, and I'm told I'm fairly good at it. I enjoy being sarcastic and being able to talk shit to each other for fun. I'll tell you about things I learn in the game, religion, psychology, life, the unconscious, and the spirit. I'd love it if you could engage in those conversations. I have a mind that is constantly reaching out into the unknown to learn things and making bridges between known things. If you would find that process interesting, I enjoy talking about it. It helps me continue the process more fluidly.

I am not a safe space. I will say things you disagree with, and I will use words that you don't like. I see no reason to be offended by words. I'm autistic and I willingly call myself retarded. I've had several friends and family who have been raped and I will use the word rape to describe the way we're winning a game, or losing. Words are tools. I do not exclude words because you don't like them. You don't have to feel the same way, but I don't care if I use a word that offends you if it's place was correct and it impacts the sentence the way I wanted.

I'd like to not only play League together, but also other games as well.
