You should take a break if you're tilting. Duo Queuing is even harder than Solo Queue. Whenever you Duo you put your entire team (you, your partner, and your 3 teammates) at an MMR disadvantage. So if you and your Duo partner don't carry hard, on paper you're more likely to lose.
