Hey everyone I'm looking to start a ranked 5v5's team. Would like to practice at least 2 times a week and play as well. I am the ADC of the team, currently we have a top laner and a support. I would like to have back ups to all positions including my own.

You must be willing to play with any rank (including bronze) but the higher the better, im Gold 5 at the moment so it really doesn't matter what rank you are. Would prefer if you were in EST but if not we can try to work something out. Comment below if you're interested just post your role and rank and i will add you on league accordingly, Thank you.

Role : Your Coach / Team Organizer / Game Analyst Experience: Been playing since beta. Been a part of low Diamond level teams in past seasons. Have trained 9 IRL Friends to be Gold + players (some ended up better than myself because I was able to reinforce good decision making and map control values that even I couldn't put in to practice with my aggressive playstyle Timezone: EST Im on literally every night. If im not on client im near my PC and can be summoned. Strongest Quality: Ability to rationalize decisions, knowledge of the immense amount of variables involved with every game, objective (Non biased) critical thinker. Weakest Quality: Havent coached a whole team in a little while, been working with individual summoners. Rank here is irrelevant: My account makes me look awful cause it decayed in MMR a few seasons ago and I never committed to raising it back up. Game knowledge and ability to communicate it effectively is the most important, as well as my ability to establish trust with the players.
