LF plat 3+ Duo or Team ( I main support , adc, jungle)

Hey guys, I'm Caath I have been playing league for about 4 years and have had plenty of team experience. I would say my biggest strengths is that I know what do to im Tf. Some of my weaknesses are giving constructive criticism and synergies with some adc or support play styles. I would love to find a team to play on or even just a duo partner to climb to diamond with.
