im looking to join a team

Hello my name is crocodilia im a 350k renekton main and im best in the top lane. My goal is to climb the ladder and ive come to realize you cant do that effectively playing a non carry bruiser like renekton. I have good duos i play with occasionally but tbh everyone has a life. People work full time and attend collage...have gfs and other priorities besides league. Its very hard to put together something serious and long lasting. Ive accepted that im not capable of putting together an effective climbing team myself. So ive decided to join up with someone who can. Im just throwing this post out there tbh im not expecting much. I want to join a silver to gold team. I can play any position well...i know every postion well and i understand most matchups. I have very good mechanics and my rotations are very good. I have ok map awarness and on the flip side i can be a little tactless and reckless sometimes. Im a very honest straight forward person with good inentions. And very vocal.
