Looking to join a ranked team

Hi, my screen name for lol is Wiks87 and currently I am looking to join a team. I have a good knowledge of the game and mechanics, but I still have more to learn and improve on. Currently I'm not placed in the rank system yet, although I am lvl 30. I currently main kog maw adc, and I also am able to play jg volibear and top lane teemo. I am looking to join a fun, fairly serious team and one that can help me grow as a good player in lol.
