Top/Support laner LF Plat players to duo with/team

Reason for Post: I'm looking for Plat+ players to assist me in getting over whatever this...gold 1/p5 hump is. I don't know if its the meta or what, but normally I don't have much trouble getting into plat and this season its just wrecking me. Looking for someone that's obviously wanting to climb, and someone that's willing to critique me.

I am also looking to play on a team, preferably Plat+ players willing to maybe give me a trial run and see what kind of POTENTIAL I have. I realize right now I'm missing something, as my rank is a bit lower than what I'm looking to join. But I'm hoping with practice I can get to where I'm asking for. Being military my hours are a bit tight:

Monday-Thursday: 7pm EST - 11pm EST Friday-Sunday: 99% of the time = Not available. If there's a tournament or something important for me to be on I can probably schedule around it, but for practices I'd prefer to not have to try and move my schedule.

Have most communication programs: Curse Voice, Skype, etc.
