Low Plat Dynamic Que Squad

Hey League community, my name is Parker and i have posted on this page a couple of times in hope of finding either a Ranked 5v5 Team or a duo bot lane to que with. But today I am making a post i hope of finding two people to Dynamic Que with in ranked in hope of climbing together. Currently I am Plat V and i have been hovering around 30 LP for a while now, my highest achievement has been Plat III. I am looking for two other people with almost the exact same problem, they can't get out of "The Elo Hell of Plat". I want to say I am a mid man, i am not, I am a LeBlanc one trick pony, but as much as I don't want to admit it, I am a support man at heart, and a damn good one. I can pretty much play any support, as long as my ADC is a beast. So what I am looking for is a well-rounded ADC man and then someone who can fill in any of the three other roles. I would also want these two people to have some way of voice communicating with each other and have great positive attitude. What I mean by that is of course you can get mad when bad stuff happens, but you got to get over it and play hard/have fun. I want this three man Dynamic Que Squad to be lit af, compare it to the Annie Bot, Dyrus and Qtpie squad. My in game name is Parker v4 so friend me if your down to Dynamic. Now the important thing is what time we can all be on to play. I work 9 AM to 4 PM five days a week EDT so i will be on the most at 5 PM to whenever pretty much everyday as long as I have nothing going on. I want this to be lit so hit me up you low plat gods.
