Long-Term Team(need fill players)

Tired of having a bunch of immature players or cocky players who play the blame game and disband after one or two?

I'm looking to create a team of players to learn and improve and be someone i want to call my team instead of just some guys I picked up for a bit.

Requirements: Be 21+, I'm 23 and I'd like to play with more likeminded people who I can be friends with.

Have voice chat, or willing to get voice chat.

Rank is not a requirement.

Be willing to discuss strategy before during and after a game and go over strengths and weaknesses.

Im a mid laner, lemme know what you guys play and let's get some good fits so we can enjoy ourselves and get better.

Introduce yourselves and let's get this s* rolling.

All I need left is players who can fill multiple roles well.

I can play every role but I get bored of supporting really quick. Available every weekday past 2:30pm eastern, on weekends i'm available all day.

Age: 22 Level headed Role: ADC. Filler roles: Play all roles to gold ranked level Rank: Gold 3. Was plat 2. Good shotcaller Love to discuss strategy and go over mistakes after game. I've been on 1 dedicated team but we all parted because of life events. (all of us were plat players then)

I never rage, but I dont play well with people who get angry or cant accept criticism because I'll just get quiet an avoid the whole awkward confrontation. I'd love to have a kick back and relax team who is also serious on improving. I love teaching too.
