High Silver-Low Gold Duo Partner

I was silver 2 last season and i'm finishing provisionals right now but i'm 2-6 because afk everygame (lol my luck). I'm looking for a high silver or low gold player who has skype to duo with. I can play support mid and jungle proficiently so if any high silver- low gold adc wants to duo add me at Justin8r. I'm 16 for the record. So any adc top jungle or mid hit me up.
