Ranked 5s [ Gold II - Plat II ] LF TOP

Hey! I’m Paralel (I jungle). I’m looking to start a serious ranked team (LF top, have all other roles)

I really want to make sure that every player in the team gets a lot out of it, so please read all of this to make sure that this will be the right fit for you. And while some of it might seem over the top, just know that I really value communication, especially amongst teammates.

There are 2 things I really care about when it comes to LoL.

1. The community. People always complain about the league community, and I want to at least try and contribute to making it better. This team isn’t for you if you script, elo boost, or flame.
2. Bettering yourself and teammates. We are a team to win. Winning is fun and important. But losing is important too- after every loss, we’ll talk about what happened, and what we can do for the next match. I have 0 tolerance for losing your temper or just walking away from the team. If you have an issue with me, a teammate, or anything about the team, let’s all talk about. We will be 100% transparent. And we’ll be having a blast too.

That being said, I’ve been a part of a few teams before and I know what works and what doesn’t. I want to stay really organized. We’ll have our own subreddit to schedule games and times (and decide our team name), talk about strats and improving, and just for getting to know each other a little bit better.

We will practice at 8pm PCT every weekday including today (Wednesday, July 8th) and we can figure out times accordingly on the weekend. I would really like everyone who joins to also duo with a teammate at least once a week. Please have a good amount of solo queue experience in your role, be between Gold II and Plat III, and a passion for esports. Lastly, I want all of us to be involved in the team, so if you're looking for a really great group of people that share a love of a game that you care about, this is the place for you.
