Platinum 3 Top - Looking for team

Hello! My name is Yuz and I am looking for a ranked 5's team. I am currently Platinum 3 but am aiming to try and reach Diamond in solo queue before the end of the season. I main Top lane and play quite a few champs ( Cho'Gath, Ad Fizz, Gnar, Irelia, Malphite, Maokai, Nasus, Renekton, Nidalee, and Riven). I am open to learning new champs that would be required for certain team comps. I have been playing League Of Legends for a couple years now on different accounts and have finally decided to stick to one account. I have great lane presence and domination, I actively look for teleport plays, I ward safely, I farm safely, I make smart plays like roaming to bot or mid when my teleport is up in order to get my team ahead, etc. I am extremely confident in my own play and am looking for a group that is willing to rely on me to make great plays in the top lane!
