Looking for dedicated players for Team Digital White

Team Digital White is a sister team to Team Digital Esports. We frequently scrim the sister team and improve together. By no means are we the secondary team of any kind. I am looking for dedicated players who are willing to grow and practice on a regular team basis. Below are the requirements -

Requirements/Rules: *You have to be open to constructive criticism

*Have team speak or be able to download it

*Be around the Gold division - Silver 2 at least

*Have a drive to always want to succeed and improve

*During our losses, look at it as a learning experience

*Negativity towards anyone including the enemy team will not be tolerated

*Being able to stay level-headed, and if you do tilt, do not take it out on your teammates or even the enemy team

*Have general map awareness and be vocal during games and during review times

*Do your part to help the team

*Play to your strengths
