Plat IV Mid- Looking for serious team

I am looking for a ranked team (plats + only please) that is dedicated to increasing our level of play, that will try to play at least 4-5 games every 4-5 days a week. Who records games and reviews the gameplay (both good/bad). I play almost everyday from 6-12 est. sometimes later or earlier. Do not add me if your just trying to play a couple matches.

I main mid but can also jungle.
