LF Bronze- silver support For duo ranked

Seriously getting tired of people who can't play support in ranked... I know since its solo queue its hard to get good people, but So many people play supports like alistar, can't do the combo, can't peel for me and I end up looking like a feeder... Id love someone who can play people with a pull or just in general a good support. Im an adc main :). hit me up in game - bombfacter Must have voice comms :p
