Recruiting for new ranked team

Currently holding tryouts for a new low bronze-high silver ranked team. Going to be doing tryouts over the next week, and am looking to fill all roles. There is no rank requirement however keep it mind it is going to start out low as we work our way up, so do not jump in thinking its going to be a diamond team off the bat. The goal is to practice 3-4 nights a week, with scheduled times for practice, analyzing and working on comps as a group. Eventually i would like to participate in tournaments and prized events. The main things im looking for are very good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and improve as a squad. I will take someone with dedication and teamwork over raw skill any day.
