Prism Gaming LF Top, Jung P2 + (D+ pref.)

Prism Gaming is a Sponsored Diamond+ Tournament team. We participate in the UIL, and there is coaching provided to the team (paid for by the owner). I am the manager of the team and I'm going to start tryouts to fill out a separate 5 man roster. This new roster will act as an independent team:

1. It will scrim the main roster once a week, and have at least one more scrim per week.
2. It will serve as subs for the main roster for tournaments as needed.
3. Depending on performance in scrims and attitude during practices, players can swap between the two teams. This means receiving the coaching and playing in the competitive events with the team.

Because of the possibility of making the main roster, members will be held to the same standards:

1. Communication in game and out. Participate constructively in coms during games with your teammates, and communicate effectively with management. If you can't make a practice and tell me with some notice I can change plans, and if you let me know your schedule I can plan around it (within reason).
2. Be willing to improve. You are expected to main your role and be comfortable within the current "meta". The team will decide what needs to be practiced based on what is necessary for the team to progress, this will be your "meta".

I'm currently looking for Top, and Jungle. Tryouts will continue tomorrow, Wednesday 06/14, and will run at least through Thursday 06/15. They will start at 8:00 PM EST and will consist of at least three games each of the three nights.
