[LFM] Main-Roster Jungler, G5-P1 Must be Available Sat and Sun Evenings/Afternoons for Tourneys

We play in the TMG (True Minded Gaming) tourney series, one Bo3 series per weekend, Sat or Sun, misc. times.

I'd like to start enforcing a practice for the team 3+ nights a week, on week days, after 9 PM EST to ~12 AM EST

Requirements -- You must: -Have a Microphone -Use Discord -Be friendly (or easy to get along with) personality -Be able to put up with and provide criticism (ONLY when warranted) -Have a decent champion pool and being able to adapt to the meta and team comps -List off a few of these requirements when you message me in game so I know you've agreed to these terms and conditions -Be able to make practice within 10 minutes of scheduled times, at least 2 nights a week

The structure would look something like:

SUN - POSSIBLE GAME MON - OFF TUES - PRACTICE OFF WED - PRACTICE 9 PM - 12 AM THU - PRACTICE 9 PM - 12 AM FRI - SAT-POSSIBLE GAME

This team/group will be expected to act professionally (within reason) in the games, but in the end, remain friends and do the best to win each game we can. No surrenders unless we agree as a team to do so. If you cannot make practice nights, or don't wish to be in a long-term team, please do save us the hassle of finding a replacement in a couple of days/weeks.

We will lose games, and we will get frustrated, but keep a positive mind into the next one. This is critical.

We have specific "average ELO" requirements that prevent any D5+ and various other ELOs. please add me in game to be considered.
