Diamond ADC Looking for Team

Floating between D5 - D3. Im looking for a solid team that is committed and focused. It takes time to build synergy among one another and people give up far too easily. I'm looking for a team that's serious about playing and looking to stick with it for the long haul. I have a headset and quiet space to play in, and I expect the same of everyone else. My best/favorite ADs are Vayne, Corki, Jinx, Twitch, Ezreal, Varus, and Cait. My strengths are mechanics, game knowledge, and positioning/teamfighting.
