Seeking high silver / gold bot lane players looking to improve in a team environment.

Hey everyone, I am currently forming a team with the goal of improvement. This is not a short term goal, but rather one that will take a fair bit of time and dedication from those on the team. I'm not looking for players with insane mechanics, or who know the ins and outs of every single champion. I want players who are willing to put the time an energy into getting better at league.

Getting better is boring. Playing the same champions, in the same compositions, in the same macro-game strategy can get old. It works, though. If you apply, understand that there will be boring times, and there will be fun times. Be willing to work through those boring times.

Here are some specifics of what I am looking for.

• Able to meet play time start of 8:30-9:00 pm CST at least 3 nights per week, with longer play on the weekend. Punctuality is paramount.
• Have experience with playing as a team in the past in the role you are applying for.
• Able to receive and dish out constructive criticism in a constructive way.
• Don't flame, abuse, be toxic, or whatever else you want to call it. Everyone tilts, it's a fact of the game, but knowing how to recognize and take steps to control when and how you tilt are extremely important in a team environment.
