Best of luck to you on this, sir. The community generally sticks their nose up at our elo so it's rare a Bronze player gets a fair tryout or anything for a team because to them Bronze = you suck/less good than me/couldn't possibly have anything good to offer that it'd be worth our time to train you up because if you were anybody you'd be Gold or better.
If you're just looking for a casual team to climb with there's clubs amongst your fellow summoners you can try joining. Like I said, best of luck.
