Creating serious ranked team. High bronze, low silver

Title says it. Creating a team. Must have chat. Must be Mature. I dont mind cockiness but there should be skill to reflect it. I usually top or jungle and do major shot calls. I play almost daily. Usually more frequently after 4pm EST. There are 2 people on the team including myself. Versatility isn't necessary, but it is appreciated. I'm looking for 5 more, so we have a group of 7 in case 2 aren't available. Hence the versatility. Looking for a mid, supp, adc, and a top. Plan on doing practices about 2 or 3 times per day and playing ranked matches Fridays- Sunday. These days are flexible and will probably change. I don't particularly care for your stats, because mine are pretty trash from attempting to climb out of silver. I care about attitude, i dont deal with ragers. I dont believe in surrendering. If the other team is whooping our ass, they deserve the extra ip from it. We can learn from it. So post a little about yourselves and we'll see where things go from there.
