Hey guys! Blind Tilt here, I'm a 18 year old male in the US, I'm looking for a very serious team recruiting a coach position.

A Little bit about myself

We'll my name is Noah in real life, I'm 18 as you read above. I have a huge passion for Esports - Mainly focusing on league of legends; In the past I used to watch Halo and Starcraft. I've always been intrigued by the more strategic aspects of the game. Outside of league of legends, I'm a student at a Community College in my area. I have a very free schedule and would very much love to be on a serious team in a coaching.

What I'm looking for

A high diamond/Challanger/Master team would be ideal, With all players Diamond+ in solo queue (I will be looking at each individual player's stats from last season, Not the current one since we are so early into the season.) I WILL NOT coach for a team with players under Diamond, My only requirement is that all players have a solo queue rating of Diamond+. Not to bash on lower ELO players, But I'm looking to improve with a group of players in a 5's aspect; Ones who already have outstanding in terms of mechanics and decision making. In closing: A dedicated group of players in the top 1% of the region who have aspirations to play in online tournaments and one day the LCS.

My Past

Growing up I played many of sports, I know how to deal with a team or multiple people at once, I'm a very understanding and kind coach, but will be serious and strict when player requirements aren't met. I've ran very high up guilds in Guild Wars and WoW so I can easily manage multiple players at once. I have an obsession of learning everything about a role when I used to main it,and I've mained every role. So I know how each lane should work and can help you figure out how to be the best you can at it. I just recently left a Diamond level ranked team that I coached, who had a 19-3 record under me and got first in our only Tournament. I left for a family matter but that is resolved and I'm back and ready to climb again.

What to expect

As a Coach: As a coach I would mainly be focused on pick and banning phases, Working to keep the team off each other's throats and setting up schedules/comps/and team cohesion. Reviewing games with the players about things that need to be worked on and fixed. Overall strategic Game-play helping them with the idea of what they will be focusing on from game to game. (Examples would be: Lane swapping, Wave manipulation, Team fighting, Splitting, Rotations etc.) I'd also be reviewing and re watching scrims/5's play much like an analyst with less focus on analyzing data for the team. More on pick/ban, comps, making sure players are comfortable, and addressing issues between the teammates.

In this role I would help recruit and manage the team. In whatever way I could; If you're looking into new top laners, I can spectate games. Watch him in 5's find out if he's a suitable pick for the roster. I also like to remove as much pressure as I can from the players as I can allowing them to purely focus on their play.

In short I'm an experienced coach with a major understand of the strategic aspects of the game, looking to improve a team and help them get to the top! I am obsessed with the strategy behind league of legends, the small things that may be so influential in the long run. I'm not looking for a sponsored team or a salary, Maybe if things looked better in the future that can be something I can discuss. Basically: Money isn't a motivator for me. I just purely love the game and want to help a team get to the top.

Only inexperienced coaches make elo demands of diamond / master / chal. It's more ironic because only experienced coaches really even have that asking power and get away with it.

Furthermore, silver teams that play really well together demolish diamond teams all the time. Why do you c9 recruited incarnation, a d1 player, instead of the #1 challenger players? It's not about soloque, and until you understand that your chances of becoming a stronger coach will be greatly reduced.

A few years ago, I began as a bronze player and was picked up by an org with a serious coach. 8 months later that org. grew me to a diamond V support that competed and beat master tier bot lanes. Coaches like that are truly individuals who holster actual skill and knowledge about the game and how to build the players that live within it.
