While I sadly do not fit the criteria (being of the XY chromosome genotype), I'd be happy to play some matches here and there if anyone were interested.
My friend who has been coaching me on and off has given me quite some insight into the game from virtually all positions - though I have to agree with a couple of points he made earlier when teaching me:
Jungle teaches you multi-tasking map awareness which is shared with any role realistically - but not having a constant lane makes it easier to pick up.
Support teaches you how to skirmish and generate zones of threat for engagement and disengagement patterns based on the lane match up.
And in particular; melee - combo reliant assassins such as Yasuo, demand consistent mechanical execution to build experience towards mastery of fluid game-play interaction and execution. This in particular often is mistaken as the core of the game - but while I'm sure there are many mechanically skilled players in League, victory is a team effort. So knowing how to use all these tools and more importantly; applying them can either make or break you as a player.
The strategic element is a core theme that serves as the underlying epistemology of how you want to work towards victory - and is summarize in these two statements:
- Do not overestimate your abilities or your allies.
- And do not underestimate your adversaries.
And is often times the general reason behind the toxic aspects of community, by being blinded by pride.
But I've rambled on long enough, so I digress.
