looking for commited and seriose players to duo or more in ranked

im tired of players that troll or peaple that suck but want to play with me bc im good and i dont want to play with them bc there casual players and dont take the game seriosly but play ranked for some reason. im want some very seriose players to play with me in ranked to lower the ratio of trolls,afks,ect...
