New Dawn Horizon LF Manager

So like the post says, my team New Dawn Horizon is looking for a Manager, we've been together now since Sunday, so we are a newly formed team but if we want to stay long term I believe getting a manager would be the best approach to this. As manager your job is to work with me to schedule tryouts if we need more players, have a working list of subs, some scrim partners and a working schedule. Now I have the teams information on a document with a temporary schedule so I will help in any way I can with what needs to be done. But someone who isn't apart of the team to stand as the neutral figure would be ideal to be someone for the players to turn to about missing practices, issues with scheduling and players etc.

If you could add me in game to discuss further that would be great, I apologize in advance if we do not select you but I can give some insight on the type of personality I'm looking for to give you an idea if you fit.

I'm mainly looking for an individual who would consider themselves as the manager, the "mother" figure of the team in a sense. You're the one the players should be able to go to with more personal issues that only you will know and should not consult about with other players. Players may sometimes need to address personal issues that they do not want teammates to know and you will act as that means of outlet. But you must be ready to be the enforcer, and that goes for me as team captain as it does with everyone else. If we miss practice, we need a reason and you should be enforcing that. Someone who is caring, organized and has a drive for this kind of this is ideal. Thank you.
