Creating serious ranked team all roles but support open

Im tired of having a team disband after a couple losses.. you don't just quit solo q after losing a couple times right? Im looking to make a serious ranked team, all roles are open except support, I would prefer if you are silver 3 + but will try out anyone who proves there skill level is there. Practice times, tournaments, all that good stuff will be discussed with the final team, so we can bend around everyones schedule. Fill out this form and add me in game @ Speratic when your done.
