D5 Jungler Looking for Team

As the title says, I am a D5 jungler and I am looking for a team of all diamonds or high plat. Tired of solo que and would like to play with a team more competitively.

Season 1 Gold Season 2 Gold Season 3 Plat Season 4 Diamond Season 5 Diamond

I jungle any normal jungler. Hecarim, Udyr, Sej, J4, Lee, Zac, Vi, Volibear, Xin Zhao, and Nocturne.
