Hello everyone, I am Jason the COO of SMG. We are currently starting a community for anyone who would like to join.

If you would like to participate in a ranked team within our community:

Any division is allowed

Each team will be designated a captain.

Players will stay in teams in their division

Players will try-out, but will be put on a team regardless (It's just to see who would work well with your playstyle)

Teams will participate in online tourneys, ranked 5's, and anything they would like to participate in under the SMG name.

Promotions, Jobs, etc: Management: You will be able to work your way up to management, if that is what you wish to do

New Recruits: Recruits can do anything they would like to within the community, whether it's Art, Video editing, Playing on a team, etc. You are able to pursue your dreams with people to support you.

Captains: Ranked teams will have captains. Captains must be the most dedicated people on the team. You are in charge of signing up for tournaments, making the ranked team, Scheduling practice times (Based on your teams availability). If anyone on your team is making it hard for others to play, you are in charge of relaying that info to management.

Ranked team players: Everyone will have a say in decisions. Captains will take the majority vote and enforce whatever that is. If you have a problem with the captain of your team, or anyone on your team, you must tell us. We don't want you to have a negative experience with us. You guys are able to move up to captains, if we see that you are dedicated

Community

Weekly Videos made by the community. If you have a video you think would be a hit. We take every submission, even if it isn't in the week you submit it, it could still be used for another week's video.

Weekly 1v1 tournaments run by our community managers. (5v5's will be available once we have enough people to start it) Winners of these tournaments will be recognized on our site. Winners of each week will forever be on our wall of fame.

Discord server for everyone. There will be different channels for different events.

Rules

Just don't be a flaming baboon and everything will be fine. If you have a problem with anyone, please do not hesitate to inform us, we will hear both sides, and decide from then what will happen. We are understanding people, so don't be afraid to say anything.
