Ranked Team LF ADC & Supp

My ranked team is currently looking to fill 2 roles on our ranked team, an ADC and support. The team is already ranked in Sliver V but are looking to improve as a whole. We have a few team rules that we would expect any new member to adhere to.

  1. No BM'ing in all chat, be respectful

  2. No flaming team members, but constructive criticism is okay!

  3. Show up on time

We are not here to troll, so we are looking for 2 mature players willing to learn, improve, and play respectfully as a team. There are no 'requirements" in terms of rank to join (since we are comprised of a silver 3, gold 5, and gold 1,) but we do hope for someone around our skill level.

If you are playing on a Gold V smurf then what are you ranked on your main?

Also, we have a schedule that varies with work schedules, so it is hit or miss with how much we play each week.

I prefer not to say my main's rank. I will say that it is higher than plat 3.

Having issues with teammates that cant show up on time or at all. Looking for active teams. I play everyday and have been for a long time. I just wish others would take it as seriously as i do.

I also have a schedule that never changes. Im an adult, not in school, no floating schedules, and my woman supports me trying to climb elo. There is no bs or excuses with me. I just want to play more competative games.

Strengths: Warding, Saving teammates from teamfights / chases, peeling, monitoring and constantly calling out / pinging changes on the map (How much time left on drag, who is dead on the other team, where the other laners are, etc), Easy adaptability / synergy with ADCs, Focusing on high priorities in team fights, High survivabiltiy and escaping. Weaknesses: Shotcalling, Prone to taking kills, Playing too aggressively in lane when zoning. Availability to play: Weekdays after 5:30PM EST, I'm free anytime on the weekends unless stated otherwise. Why do you want to join?: Looking to improve myself as a player, improve my ability to work and play in a team and hopefully climb out of Bronze to much higher elos ~

I get frustrated while playing norms because of the lack of communication and trolling. I believe i won't have a problem with a ranked team. Availability to play: Weekdays except Thursday after 4 p.m. EST. Also weekends. Why do you want to join?: I want a group of guys I can depend on to play and to grow in the game with. I only have a little over a year of experience playing League so I believe there's a ton of room to grow.

IGN: FurySK Top 3 Champs/champion pool: i have another post floating around with my full champion pool. I'd say Ashe and Urgot are my go two immobile ADcarry champions, Varus is my AD Caster (a poke comp specialist), and then Trist, Graves, Sivir, Cait, Jinx round out comfort picks. Age: late 20's. Solo Q Rank: Silver II (in about 60 games, climbed from Silver V start).

Strengths: Bottom Lane communication is good. Understanding of the power spikes of champions i'm comfortable with. Understanding how to create a good team comp that has the right amount of engage, wave clear, disengage, poke, etc. I tend not to be a primary shot caller, but can make situation calls that (usually) benefit the team going forward.

Weaknesses: I struggle when i feel that others are making the same mistakes repeatedly. Positional mistakes are a source of free gold, and particularly i get frustrated when the same person takes an unsafe route (such as a mid walking through an unwarded river to gank bot lane, without knowledge of the Jungler being top and vision of the mid laner, or doing it against a midlaner with a large amount of gap close potential).

Availability: I am open to play at different times throughout the week, i do not have a set in stone work schedule. I am enjoying my paid vacation, so until sunday i will only have dinner to worry about on most nights (scary g/f outweighs frustrated team, sorry!).

Why do i want to join? Because i want to be part of a group collectively focused to getting better, without these overblown aspirations. Watching a team build from Bronze 1 or Silver 5 to Silver 3 or Silver 1 over the course of a season would be rewarding.

Primary Role: ADC/Supp Champion Pool For Main Role: Vayne/Lucian/Kalista/Tristana Thresh/Janna/Naut When are you available: I just started college so I have a lot of time, but I will put the team practice schedule first then build my personal one around it. But I should be available most afternoon/evenings until late at night until I pass out. What do you consider to be your strengths:I am really good at working in a team environment and working with others. I don't rage and and very open and understanding when it comes to criticism. I have some shot calling experience on previous teams and am constantly hungry to keep learning and improving to be the best that I can be in the game, and hopefully take a team really far! What do you consider to be your weaknesses:I often will make a decision without having the proper information to do it. (ie I will engage a bot lane 2v2 without knowing where there jungler has been for the past minute, or will proceed to fight without vision of river and get ganked when we could have won that particular fight. It is something I am trying to work on, I guess you could call it calculated aggression) Why are you looking for a team: I am looking for a group of 5 players who all want to work together as team, learn together as a team, grow as a team, and most importantly have fun as a team! I can't stress this enough because in the past I have been on teams and once we hit an obstical and begun to lose a few games people started tilting and got mad at each other, and it is such a hindrance to a team's growth, because those obsticals are inevitable for every team! So in short I would like a group that can all enjoy losing the games together and getting as much out of it as possible, JUST AS MUCH as when we win the games :) Comfort Shot calling (on a scale of 1-10, 1 =being weak ; 10= being strong ): 8ish What do you expect from your team mates: Well as I said before I want a team that is willing to go through the hard times together in order to grow and be the best we can possibly be! As well as dedication to the team. Any extra information you would like to give: I have been on a few ranked team's in the past, 2 of which actually made it to Gold V so I have some experience with ranked teams and have good game knowledge. I am hoping to go even farther with this team if I am granted the chance!
