Help Me Escape Bronze Hell

I am a bronze 2 mid lane main looking for anyone silver/gold to duo with (I don't want to be carried I would just like a teammate that I know does consistently well) to help me climb out of this bronze prison. I admit that overall I'm not a fantastic player and that I have a lot of things that I need to work on, but I really feel that if I had just ONE person on my team that I knew wasn't going to feed I could easily be a Silver player. I would greatly appreciate any amount of help.
