want to learn normals

I have hardly played normals and I want to play more of them. Right now all I play is ARAM, I don't want to go into a solo queue on a normal and get bitched at cause I suck or don't know what I'm doing. If there is anyone willing to help me learn more about normals I would greatly appreciate it. I mainly adc, I have tried to support a few times and it didn't go well. Just comment here or send me a friend request in game.

Normals aren't as serious as you think. People play them to practice new builds and champions! If you get flamed for not doing so well don't sweat it people will always get mad about something it's the internet!
