Support Looking for Ranked 5s Team

I am a ranked player with lots of experience in online competitive gaming. I am currently Silver 2 ranking but definitely have the skill to be plat or higher but it is very difficult to carry from the support position. I can also play Mid/Top/Adc well but have more limited champion pool in these areas and my support skills are much higher.

My main champs for support are - Janna, Morg, Braum, Karma, Raka - Can also play Nami, Zyra, Taric, Lux, and others but top skill on the first five.

I play most days after 10 pm EST. I am looking for a team that will be playing regularly, is serious about developing team synergy and focused on team strategy. I am not looking for a team that is just randomly going to fill their roster each week to play 3 or 4 games and then eventually fall off because the team owner is not serious about season 5 advancement.

Would like a mature team that is not going to rage and lose focus over someones mistake but do not want a team that will allow continuous same mistakes from specific players just because they were a part of the founding organization.

Feel free to check my match history or look at specific champion stats for me on my mains. IGN is Ishtos.

My elo does not match my skill - add me in game if interested and serious about season 5 ranked 5s.
